Our Entrepreneurial Spark "Sprint" Journey - #GoDo!

Back in January, The English Art Co. and its founder Catriona Moore were selected by the team at Entrepreneurial Spark - the world’s largest free business and people accelerator programme sponsored by KPMG, Nat West, Dell, Pinsent Mason - to attend a three-month programme of cognitive and action centred development.

Starting in February, Catriona has attended Bootcamps, workshops, enablement sessions, completed on-line modules, accessed free group training and seminar sessions. It is a totally supportive environment, shaping mind sets and behaviours, within a network of collaborative "Esparkers", all at different stages of their businesses.

After today’s enablement session Catriona is now, nearly, pitch ready (a 60 second pitch to investors - detailing the pain point, the solution, actions to date and what next). She has updated The English Art Co.’s business model canvas, completed the customer discovery process and value proposition statement. Three month goals are updated at each session with key actions set for the next month.

At the end of 3 months, there will be an option to “pitch” for a place into the next 6-month programme. Catriona and The English Art Co.'s progress and traction will be assessed and, if accepted, assigned one-to-one mentors and “Entrepreneurial Enablers” to challenge the growth of the next stage of the business.
